MedStar Seeks an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Neuroendovascular and Stroke Intervention in Baltimore!

Substantial Signing Bonus Available – Up to $15,000 (based on years of related experience)

MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center (MFSMC), a member of MedStar Health, is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to become part of our newly assembled multidisciplinary neuroscience team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of neurology, neurosurgery, or stroke-related experience. In this role, the NP will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and all physical examinations, and will develop diagnostic treatment plans in collaboration with the attending neurovascular interventionalists, stroke neurologists, and neurocritical care specialists. In addition, the incumbent will provide procedural assistance in the interventional suite. The NP will have a keen interest for participating in and building the neurovascular intervention program as an integral member of the team. Anticipated schedule: three 12-hour shifts/week.
