MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, located in Clinton, MD, is seeking to hire an Assistant Critical Care Medical Directo who will be responsible for assisting the Medical Director in the direction and development of critical care services, including assisting with strategic development, recruitment, and creation and implementation of performance metrics with a focus on quality care and safety.

Requirements:
  • Must be board certified in critical care medicine.
  • Substantial Intensivist experience required.
  • Direct physician supervisory experience required.
  • Commitment to clinical excellence is mandatory.
  • Broad cognitive and technical skills in the critical care setting are required.
