Position Summary:

MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology (MMGA) is seeking a positive, team-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in our Ambulatory Surgery Center at Lafayette Centre in Washington, D.C. The Chief Registered Nurse Anesthetist is responsible for administering anesthesia, administrative duties, continuing education, and policy development and implementation. The Chief will currently oversee 3 ASCs in the DMV area with expansion expected. Travel to the ancillary sites will be necessary, including assisting in opening new centers as growth continues. This position is full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday. No nights, weekends, or call. Candidates open to leadership opportunity and local travel encouraged to apply. Caseload varies per site; potential for peripheral nerve block administration in addition to MAC and General Anesthetics. Looking for a dynamic, team-oriented provider who is seeking to expand their role as a leader. Great opportunity to acquire some "behind the scenes" knowledge of the making of successful ASCs.
