Position Summary:

MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's Department of Psychiatry is recruiting for a psychotherapist (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) to provide outpatient individual and group psychotherapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy. The therapist will have responsibilities for teaching and supervision of psychiatry residents and other trainees. A faculty appointment with the Georgetown University School of Medicine will be offered.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., five years of experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy preferred with at least two years of clinical supervision experience, and specialized training and/or certification in cognitive behavioral therapy. Applicants should also have a background in teaching and supervision.
