The Department of Dermatology at MedStar Health is seeking a full-time Dermatologist.
The successful applicant will join an established group of dermatologists located in Washington, D.C., and Chevy Chase, MD. This individual is expected to support our mission to grow and expand the practice through both inside growth and outreach to the community, participate in marketing and community education efforts for the Department of Dermatology, cultivate and maintain professional relationships with referring in-house and community physicians, and provide excellent patient care.
The Department of Dermatology provides a comprehensive range of clinical services for the diagnosis and management of skin, scalp, and nail disorders, as well as an outstanding inpatient consult service. We provide in-house Mohs surgery and dermatopathology services, comprehensive patch testing, phototherapy, and a variety of cosmetic services. The department's physicians are all board-certified in dermatology, and their clinical interests include complex medical dermatology, cutaneous oncology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, and pediatric and cosmetic dermatology.
