Gynecology Oncology Physician – Washington, D.C.

MedStar Health is recruiting full-time Gynecologic Oncologists to support our academic, research and clinical missions within the system. Opportunities exist to support both the Washington, D.C., and our Baltimore markets.

Our robust cancer programs include the National Cancer Institute-designated MedStar Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, The Washington Cancer Institute at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center, and The Harry and Jeannette Weinberg Cancer Institute at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. Our state-of-the-art cancer centers include the full range of medical oncology, radiation therapy and surgical oncology services. Selected candidates will be expected to collaborate with our oncology team, participate in tumor boards and clinical trials, help develop specialty programs, and have access to the da Vinci® Surgical System.

The ideal candidate will have a keen enthusiasm for teaching and working in collaborative, team-based environments. Qualifications include a completed residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology and additional subspecialty fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology.
