This unique position offers you the opportunity to work in Washington, D.C., to deliver services that make a significant impact on elders and their families. You will work collaboratively with an experienced team of physicians, social workers, registered nurses, and office coordinators.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education/Training: Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Master's degree program.
  • Experience: 1 year of post-grad experience; home care experience preferred.
  • License/Certification/Registration: Adult or Geriatric NP license in respective state. Current American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross CPR certification required.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated high-level problem solving, communication and independent judgment skills. Customer service and community outreach-oriented.
