As one of the most experienced breast reconstruction teams on the East Coast, many patients come to us after being told by other doctors that they aren't candidates for specific procedures. Because we offer the whole spectrum of reconstructive care and state-of-the-art cancer treatment, we have the tools and knowledge to perform breast reconstruction with natural tissue that may not be available elsewhere.
We are looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery team at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. The position is full-time and will likely be in four 10-hour shifts. No weekends or on call.
The provider will round on patients and provide care coordination on inpatient/outpatient areas. The ideal candidate will have plastic experience or a rotation in surgery, trauma or burn.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education/Training: Graduate from an accredited physician assistant program.
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have plastic experience or a rotation in surgery, trauma or burn.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills preferred.
