We are looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Cardiac Surgery team at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. We're helping move cardiovascular care forward regionally and nationally through our MedStar Heart & Vascular Institute with clinical research, better diagnostic tools, and advanced treatments that are always patient-focused.

This role will be inpatient. Primarily the duties of the role will be pre- and post-op care and determining plan of care.

The shifts will include days, evenings, and weekends and be 3 shifts a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac surgery or a surgical setting.
