MedStar Medical Group II, LLC has an opening for a primary care physician to join our team!
Job Duties: Provide clinical and professional medical services and care to patients within the scope of physician's qualifications and consistent with accepted standards of medical practice and reasonable productivity standards. Direct general patient care provided at the site by the performance of accepted procedures and commonly used therapies and provision of appropriate support services. Keep and maintain (or cause to be kept and maintained) appropriate, timely records relating to all professional services rendered by the physician. Engage in all reasonable activities to maintain and improve professional skills, including attendance at professional, postgraduate seminars and participation in professional societies. Perform other reasonable clinical, administrative, and professional services as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between physician and employer. Participate in the quality assurance and risk management program as directed by employer. Provide input to Executive Leadership Team in the preparation of relevant capital budgets.
Position requires full-time, 8–10 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Requires MD degree or equivalent, completion of 36 months of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Medical Residency program, valid Maryland medical license, and American Board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine.
