Position Summary:

In this role, the Provider will be located at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The Provider shall conduct pre-operative/pre-anesthesia patient review of systems and/or history and physical on any patient undergoing anesthesia; order, review, and communicate findings appropriately of required laboratory tests, diagnostics tests, and physical assessments; and conduct appropriate patient education activities and interventions related to perioperative care.

These clinical functions performed under and in collaboration with the general medical directions of MedStar Medical Group and the specific medical directors of Pre Anesthesia Testing of MedStar Union Memorial.
