Cardiology Associates, LLC is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our vascular surgery group in Annapolis. This position is full-time with a rotating call schedule. Primary duties include assisting on operations and endovascular procedures in addition to office-based procedures; inpatient and outpatient care of surgical patients, including hospital rounds and admission/discharge; and outpatient evaluation and management of vascular surgery patients (wound care, prescribing medications, reviewing laboratory testing, providing outpatient continuity of care). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and prestigious vascular surgery practice dedicated to teaching, research and patient care.

  • Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner certificate program required; Acute Care NP preferred.
  • Current national certification from the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.
  • Two of years experience as a practitioner required; cardiology/vascular experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
  • Current Maryland licensure.
  • Certified in CPR, ACLS required.
